STORM RALLY SLSA DESCRIPTION & SPECIFICATIONS

The STORM RALLY SLSA is the latest state of the art in aircraft design.

It is the result of extensive research and development using composite materials.
The aircraft is made of carbon fiber and Kevlar reinforced composites. The aircraft is light weight, and extremely strong, its composite structure is not subject to rot, rust, or corrosion, and these same composite fibers have a near infinite fatigue life and are well over 3 times as strong as steel.
This SLSA aircraft boosts the largest overall cabin available, and its large well designed and placed windows provide over 300 degrees of visibility for the pilot and passenger. The aircrafts unique gull type door design allows for easy aircraft entry and exit by pilots, and passengers over 6 feet 2 inches tall. These doors can be opened in flight at speeds of 60 knots or less for photo or video taking. The aircraft is nimble, and forgiving, but it is also quick, responsive, and precise to the pilots touch.
The STORM RALLY SLSA has exceptional natural (STOL) performance characteristics do to its extraordinary aerodynamic design.

The STORM RALLY SLSA can be used for VFR night flight, and or IFR flight operations, provided the aircraft is equipped with the FAA minimum required equipment for those flight operations, and the pilot holds the required airman certificate and ratings for operating aircraft VFR at night, or under IFR conditions. This aircraft offers exceptional high-wing performance, pleasure, economy, and safety to the sport pilot, but it also provides all other certificated airmen new opportunities for affordable personal aircraft ownership.

Effective June 14th, 2007, Storm Rally SLSA wing fuel tanks will hold 11 US gallons each, 22 US gallons total with 21 US gallons total usable.

Long range tanks will be available as an option.
Long range wing fuel tanks will hold 17.5 US gallons each, 35 US gallons total with 34 US gallons total usable.
Approximate flight time: 7.2 hours

The Storm Rally SLSA aircraft will come equipped with all basic flight instruments and equipment required for VFR daylight operation, including a turn-coordinator, tail-strobe, ICON 200 Radio, and Garmin Transponder, with an altitude encoder.
All aircraft models come with a limited 2-year, or 1000- hour warranty, and have optional (extra cost) extended warranty/service contract programs available.
